  1. Accept who you are – relax about yourself.
  2. Stop criticizing yourself – If you have done something you regret just leave it; Learn to say "So What."
  3. Don’t compare yourself with others – again learn to accept yourself.
  4. Learn to accept praise and compliments graciously- think positively.
  5. Forgive yourself, past mistakes – Again remember "So What" – leave past mistakes in the past.
  6. Be kind to yourself.
  7. Take the initiative & responsibility for creating and enriching experiences in your life.
  8. Value your ideas & interests – Learn to trust yourself.
  9. Be sensitive to other people’s needs without taking responsibility for them.
  10. Accept your experiences. When you're angry, be angry. Don’t tie yourself in knots by listening to that pious voice of conscience, which says you should be that or do that. You are a very complex person and you can’t always be serene and happy.
  11. I have the ability.
  12. Self-appraisal – I know I will do my best.
  13. Try again and again – I know I will do my best.
  14. I will not criticize myself.
